After years of suffering from allergies, in 2022 I finally went to go see an allergist. I expected to be diagnosed with allergies, but I was not anticipating just how bad they are.
The diagnosis has led to several lifestyle changes. One of the changes is getting injections on a regular basis. The needles and the vials are a big part of that treatment. One of my many allergens is the maple seeds that fall like little helicopters.
Someday in the future, I will hopefully be able to just live and stop avoiding all the things I am allergic to. In the mean time, I will continue with my treatment.
